1) Who we are and what this covers

These Terms govern your use of humai.llc and your interactions with HumAi LLC when you submit a form, request a quote, or schedule an appointment. Our site lets you request services and book time; we respond with next steps. We don't use the site to push unrelated promotions.

2) Using the site

• You agree the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number and email are yours.
• You won't misuse the site (no spam, scraping, or attempts to break security).
• Third-party widgets (e.g., the scheduling tool) run under their own terms and availability.

3) Communications you can expect

When you submit a form or schedule, you authorize us to contact you about that item via SMS and/or email (confirmation, next steps, reminders, reschedules).

• Texts: Message frequency depends on your activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
• We do not send unrelated marketing texts or blast promotions.

4) Appointments

We'll do our best to honor selected times. If we or you need to reschedule, we'll notify the other party. Missed or repeatedly rescheduled appointments may be declined at our discretion.

5) Quotes and services

Any quote or scope we send is an offer, not a guarantee. Work begins only after both parties agree in writing (e.g., approved proposal or service agreement). Those documents control pricing, deliverables, timelines, and IP ownership for the project.

6) Payment

If a project is approved, payments, milestones, and refunds are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement for that project. Unless stated there, all fees are non-refundable once work begins.

7) Intellectual property

Site content, logos, and trademarks belong to HumAi LLC or our licensors. Your submitted materials remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to review, scope, and deliver the services you asked for.

8) No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and scheduling tools are provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, HumAi LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim (if any).

9) Changes to the site or terms

We may update the site or these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in USA Nevada, unless we mutually agree to another venue or to arbitration.
