This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you visit www.humai.llc, engage us for consulting or humaiOS services, or use the Nexus Planet virtual reality application for Meta Quest and its companion web app at share.humaios.com (collectively, the "Services").

When you are in a Nexus Planet room, your chosen display name, avatar position, voice audio, and any screen you actively share are visible or audible to other participants in that room. Your email address, password, and account settings are never shared with other participants.
The rights below apply to every user of our Services, no matter where you live. You will never be charged a fee to exercise them, and you can exercise them at any time.

Certain limited records (for example, security logs required to detect abuse, or records we are legally required to retain) may be kept for a short additional period and then permanently deleted.

Meta Quest headsets are also subject to Meta's own age requirements and parental controls.
